We ship ALL items by the end of the next working day after purchase. We always send via Royal Mail - Tracked 48 for peace of mind and full transparency.
NO REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our business we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on ANY customised items. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are ordering the correct product(s) in the correct size(s) and all spellings are correct along with threads and font colours chosen.
